Airport Concessions, Inc. is hosting a Job Fair for Sales Associates at their corporate office on Friday, September 24, 2010 from 9am – 1pm at their corporate office (NOT at the airport):

Minimum age is 18 and the position starts at $8.50 per hour.

  • Sales Associate’s primary function is to provide the highest level of customer service attainable.
  • Assists customers in making selections of merchandise, primarily items that are higher priced and require some explanation and selling skills.
  • Assists in achieving sales goals by suggestive selling to every customer, up-grading sales by suggesting higher priced merchandise, practices “add on selling” with every customer.
  • Executes all transactions completely by scanning items correctly, accounting for all funds tendered to pay for merchandise, and depositing all collected funds in accordance with current policy and procedures.
  • Assists customers with general Airport information requests.
  • Maintains all standards related to customer service, merchandise presentations, displays, teamwork, and generally accepted “daily retail” tasks as assigned.
  • To be on the job when scheduled, adhere to and implement all company rules, policies and procedures.
  • You must be available Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and Mondays.
  • All other duties as assigned or determined to be essential to job performance.
  • You will be eligible for benefits after the period of 90 day closed review and vacation after 1 year.
